29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  Mack Truck Dealership - An employee used a Dur A Lift aerial lift mounted on a Ford F-550 truck to perform modifications on a sign near the highway.  The employee was not wearing a harness or body belt while working in the aerial lift, thereby exposing him to a serious s hazard observed on or about 8-11-15   Abatement certification required.
