29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.    a) At 144 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA. An employee got hospitalized after receiving an electrical shock resulting in burns to the hands and right foot while operating an aluminum bull float to smooth a concrete slab that made contact with overhead power lines. The employer failed to notify the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the hospitalization and accident within the specified twenty-four hour period.
