29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  (a)   Assembly Area: On or about August 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not have safety data sheets (SDS) for each hazardous chemical including oxygen and acetylene used at the jobsite.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals or materials in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:  (a)   Assembly Area: On or about August 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not provide Hazard Communication (Hazcom) training to employees that used hazardous chemicals including oxygen and acetylene for a torch.
