29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about, September 9, 2015, employees removing metal flashing from a parapet wall were exposed to electrical shock hazards. The employer did not de-energize or insulate the 7200 volt power line that was located within 6 feet of the building. Employees were exposed to electric shock hazards.
