29 CFR 1960.55(a):  The Agency did not provide safety and health training for supervisory employees:  LRC Fort Greely:  On or about 07 October 2015 and times prior thereto; the employer did not provide supervisor safety training for assigned supervisors to enable supervisors to recognize and eliminate, or reduce, occupational safety and health hazards in their working units. This condition exposed employees to inadequate instruction, orientation and/or training.

29 CFR 1960.58:  The Agency did not provide training for collateral duty safety and health personnel including all members of certified occupational safety and health committees commensurate with the scope of their assigned responsibilities.  LRC Fort Greely:  On or about 7 October 2015 and times prior thereto, the employer did not provide training for appointed collateral duty safety and health officer to recognize basic safety and health hazards in the workplace and effectively assist agency safety and health officers with inspection and abatement efforts. This condition exposed employees to inadequate instruction, orientation and/or training.
