29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition:     a.  500 Valentine Industrial Parkway, Pendergrass, GA (Previous and Forging Area) - Employees were exposed to slip hazard.  Employees were working and walking in close proximity to puddles of accumulated oil and coolant leaks, coming from the industrial machineries, creating a slip hazard, on or about 10/27/15.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:       a. 500 Valentine Industrial Parkway, Pendergrass, GA (Throughout Facility) - There were several designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the facility which were hidden by large machineries, which blocks the view of the exit routes, signs and doors.  There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 10/27/15.
