OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to being crushed:    On or about November 19, 2015, an employee was exposed to a crushing hazard on the marvel vertical band saw (Mitering Band Saw) when the employee's pelvis was caught between the shuttle vice and the saw table.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 1903.19(d)
