Sign Source USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #110898, Citation 01, Item 7 and was affirmed as final order on April 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1700 S.
