29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    (a) In the Hydroplant Area, 4 tier shelf: On or about December 16, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to being stuck by falling boxes, while working near a storage shelf with boxes stacked unevenly on loading pallets.    (b) In the Hydroplant Area, 3 tier shelf: On or about December 16, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to being stuck by falling boxes, while working near a storage shelf with boxes stacked unevenly on top of each other.
