29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:    (a) SHOP 3, BAND SAW AREA - Employees used compressed air to clean the saw and shop area, and the employees used a compressed air line and nozzle that measured approximately 58 p.s.i., thereby exposing employees to serious injury, on or about January 7, 2016.    No abatement certification or documentation required.    Treen Box and Pallet Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921576, citation number 1, item number 9a and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Centre Road, Mifflintown PA 17059.
