Sidney, OH; On or about January 27, 2016, the employer did not assure employees were protected while starting a new roll of material on the Rossendale Line #1 Roll Winder. Employees are required to stand on a platform and use tape to attach material to an empty roll. Once the material is attached, they hold the tape and material as the roll starts moving, exposing them to a nip point between the roller and the material.
