29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  a) Jobsite: No means of fall protection was used to protect employees from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges of the residential construction building.  The employees were performing framing operations approximately 10 feet above ground level.  Observed on or about 2/3/16.
