29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:    a.  On or about March 17, 2016 two employees installing roof trusses and truss bracing are exposed to 9 feet fall hazards because they are not protected by a personal fall protection system, guardrails, safety nets, or safety monitoring system.    The employer Guns 'N' Hoses Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097133, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6345 SW 48th Ave, Ocala, FL 34476.
