29 CFR 1910.124(j)(3): Periodic inspections of all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems were not conducted, and deficiencies were not corrected:  a.  The employer had not developed a procedure to ensure all components of the dipping operation were periodically inspected.  b.  On or about March 29, 2016, two holes were observed in the wall of the production side dipping tank containing Water Solution with IM Acid.
