29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i): Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that the eating and drinking areas were maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI):  On or about April 15, 2016, employees were allowed to consume drinks in the plasma cutting area and the employer did not ensure the plasma cutting area was as free as practicable of hexavalent chromium and cleaned daily if necessary.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area:    On or about April 15, 2016, employees used compressed air to clean equipment contaminated with hexavalent chromium and the employer did not provide information and training on the physical and health hazards of the hexavalent chromium.
