29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan, designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure, describing how the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) through (h) will be met:  On or about April 25, 2016, employees were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) when required to clean up bodily fluids and/or fecal matter and the employer did not develop and establish an adequate written Exposure Control Program.    Betlway Hospitality, LLC. dba Clock Tower Resort was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030 (c)(1)(i), which was contained in the OSHA Inspection Number 1055584, citation 2 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7801 East State St., Rockford, IL 61108.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
