29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(v): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of the procedures for respirator maintenance and storage:    a) Facility - On or about 6/14/16, en employee's half face respirator was observed stored by hanging on a hook in the furnace #9 area.  The respirator had not been stored appropriately: the employer could not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of the procedures for respiratory maintenance and storage.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
