29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulleys, any parts of which are seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, shall be guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m), general requirements, and (o), approved materials, of this section.   a) Pelletizer Scrapper Plow Area Conveyor 26 and 27 Junction -  Employees working in this area were exposed to an unguarded conveyor tail pulley located under the scraper plow on the C-26 belt (approx. 20 inches from the floor), exposing employees to a severe injury, on or about 6-23-19.  Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
