29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    a.  Within the facility, on or about 07/06/16:  Employees were not provided with training regarding the use, limitations and hazards involved with fire extinguishers.        ABATEMENT NOTE:  By the abatement date, the employer must either correct this violation, citation  item , or implement a Fire Safety Policy; as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.38(a) which includes the evacuation requirements of 29 CFR 1910.157(b).    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling:    a.  At the facility, on or about 7/6/16:  Trailers which were not owned, operated or leased by the employer were being loaded and or unloaded by powered industrial trucks.  The trailers were not secured against movement by working dock locks and/or wheel chocks.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
