29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:      (a)      Ridge Erection Company, at 222 Laporte Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80521: On or before August 2, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee performing welding activities was elevated above the sidewalk from the basket of a Genie S-85 aerial lift while not wearing fall protection. This hazard exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 7-8 feet.
