29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high  Employees engaged in maintenance activities in the engine room were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that the oxygen cylinders and the acetylene fuel gas cylinders were stored approximately 8 inches away from each other.

29 CFR 1910.124(h)(3): Employees working with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin were not provided with appropriate first-aid supplies that were located near dipping or coating operations:  Employees engaged in maintenance activities while using the Safety Kleen dip tank in the engine room were exposed to skin irritation in that the appropriate first aid supplies were not provided near the dipping operation.
