Worksite located at 211 W. 96th Street, Kansas  City, Missouri- Employee was observed working directly beneath elevated materials, equipment, and  other employees and was not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 211 NW 96th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was leaning on a railing that only came to his shin and was not protected from falling by an adequate guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.
