29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the construction site located at 1001 NW Chipman Road in Lees Summit, MO:  Employees engaged in roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 56 feet from the eve of the building to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.   Chicas Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1174375, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/16, with respect to a workplace located at211 NW 96th St, Kansas City, MO 64155.
