On or about 9/27/16 - AR line - Station 2, at the Sol Mix Applicator, the piping to a branch of the local exhaust ventilation system was disconnected.    b. On or about 11/9/16 - AR line -Station 5, at the Sol Mix in line spray applicator, insulation was missing on a branch of the local exhaust system of the unit mounted mist collector. The overspray was not effectively contained.
