29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): After the load has been raised, it shall be cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once: a) On or about 09/29/2016 - Praxair gas production facility, 412 Vandell Blvd., Gadsden, Alabama, an employee was adjusting the pin of the jack stand leg on a wet abrasive blasting trailer (Eco-Quip, Model EQ400T-k) without blocking or securing its load. The load fell on the employee.
