The relocatable power strip was energized by an extension cord.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electric equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner:    a) Beverage-Air Corporation / 119 Progress St, Brookville, PA: On or about October 12, 2016, and times prior thereto, the ship out area contained a relocatable power strip that had several items plugged into it. The relocatable power strip was hanging off the table resulting in cords that were holding the weight of the relocatable power strip.

The extension cord has been used as an energy source since the ship out department was moved to this area.
