Dispatch office; on or about 24 October 2016 and times prior thereto; the area in front of an electrical panel was used for storage. Folding chairs, flag and box of florescent lights where stored in front of the panel. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and electrical burn hazard.

29 CFR 1917.112(a)(1): Vehicle curbs, bull rails, or other effective barriers at least 6 inches in height were not provided at the waterside edges of aprons and bulkheads. Juneau yard area; on or about 24 October 2016 and times prior thereto, there was no vehicle curb, bull rail or effective barrier installed next to the water's edge. Forklift operator's routinely stack and store shipping containers along the water's edge. This exposed employees to the hazard of falling into the water.
