29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      On or about November 18, 2016, and at times prior there to, employees were decking the leading edge of a commercial building without proper fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazards.
