29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:    a.  On or about November 18, 2019, at a west balcony with unprotected edges, an employee worked from an A-frame stepladder that was closed and leaned against a wall of the building. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
