29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.     On or about 22 November 2016, and at times prior thereto, a worker accessed the roof canopy over a walkway without fall protection, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet 2 inches to the concrete below. The worker fell and broke both legs resulting in hospitalization for several days.     Port Enterprises, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008116, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1103 Cincinnati Ave, San Antonio, TX 78201.
