29 CFR 1926.95(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed: On or about August 20, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting demolition work on the edge of the rooftop and had installed there fall protection anchor points in violation of the manufacturer's instructions, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet. The Guardian snaphook connector is not designed to be snapped back to its integral lanyard.
