29 CFR 1926.100(a):  Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a)  610 Supor Blvd., Harrison, New Jersey.  Employees were exposed to head injury as protective helmets were not being worn while working around crane rigging and "mockup materials" being picked.                                                       Violation observed on or about 10/04/2016.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  610 Supor Blvd., Harrison, New Jersey.    Employees were exposed to 24 foot falls to the ground below as no methods of fall protection were in use when they were working on the top of the "mockup" structure.                                                       Violation observed on or about 10/04/2016.
