29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:      a)  Jobsite, east side of building, 8181 Noblestown Road, McDonald, PA 15057:  Observed on or about March 15, 2017, employees working from the basket of a JLG brand articulating boom aerial lift (model number 600S, serial number 0300136531) were not wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 40 feet to the ground below while using the JLG lift to install a standing seam roof.                                                                                                        b)  Jobsite, west side of building, 8181 Noblestown Road, McDonald, PA 15057:  Observed on or about March 15, 2017, employees working from the basket of a JLG brand articulating boom aerial lift (model number 600S, serial number 0300225366) were not wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 40 feet to the ground below while using the JLG lift to install a standing seam roof.
