Open conductors, open multi-conductor cables, and service-drop conductors of not over 600 volts, nominal, did not conform to the minimum clearance of 10 feet specified in Table S-6.     Rig #6 Drilling Site: On or about April 03, 2017, the electrical multi-conductor cables strung across from the power generator to the drilling rig was approximate 5-feet 11-inches above the ground (10-foot above ground required). This condition exposed employees to struck-by and electrical shock hazards.
