29 CFR 1926.20(b) (2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a. Tradition Subdivision, 4415 Atwood Drive, Lot #144, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees (Siding Subcontractors) were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were walking and working on the elevated pump jack scaffold, installing siding to the newly constructed residential home, approximately 13 feet above ground level, without utilizing a fall protection system. The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the project and/or the employees making sure the siding workers were utilizing their fall protection system, on or about April 14, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:  a.  Tradition Subdivision, 4415 Atwood Drive, Lot #144, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to fall  hazards.  Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 13 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 04/14/17.
