29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 1520 Toronita Street, York PA; 4th Floor - Employees were observed walking and working on the roof of a corridor with unprotected sides/edges approximately 10 feet above the floor and were not protected from falling, on or about April 28, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
