House of Cheatham, Inc., Stone Mountain, GA - In the production area - Oil/water/chemicals were accumulating on the floor of the compound area and line 11 of the bundle area creating a slipping/tripping condition for employees walking and working around the equipment, on or about April 19, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
