29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) Retaining Wall: On or about May 3, 2017 an employee was retrieving wood from a Bobcat skid-steer bucket while standing in the bucket that was approximately 8 feet high and was not protected from falling by a fall protection system.
