29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access:        a) Greto Heartland Industrial Packaging, LLC. Lima, Ohio; On or about July 18, 2017 the employer did not ensure that the designated emergency exit door located along the east wall near the DC machine was unobstructed. Employees were exposed to fire hazards in the event of an emergency in that the emergency exit door did not freely open due obstruction from the outside.
