29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program included in the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) and (e)(1)(II):      A) On or about August 18, 2017 at 112-07 14th Avenue, College Point, NY 11356     The employer had not developed a site-specific written hazard communication program which contained the elements of a chemical hygiene plan for employees required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Blue Gold Industrial Cleaner containing diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, nitric acid containing ammonium nitrate, formaldehyde, ammonium hydroxide and acetone to perform work duties.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
