29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On 8/29/17, at The Villages at Duluth jobsite at 3465 Duluth Hwy. 120, Duluth, Georgia the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections by a competent person so as to prevent hazards from occurring, including falls during framing activities, from scaffolds and unguarded decks. Employees were exposed to fall hazards over 25'.    TRG Builders Ga, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1005537, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10247 Hwy 92, Woodstock Georgia.
