29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On 12/12/17, at The Villages at Duluth jobsite at 3465 Duluth Hwy. 120, Duluth, Georgia the employer did not perform their due diligence by ensuring that access to the unguarded patios was controlled after the installation of the patio doors, exposing sub-contracted workers of all trades to fall hazards of up to 37-feet at locations including but not limited to building 5000 where:    a. An employee of a sub-contractor was observed performing siding installation tasks, exposed to fall hazards over 37-feet while working at an exposed patio deck without fall protection,    b. An employee of a sub-contractor was observed performing siding installation tasks, exposed to fall hazards over 10-feet while working at an exposed patio deck without fall protection.    TRG Builders GA, LLC was previously cited Serious for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260916, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at The Villages at Duluth jobsite at 3465 Duluth Hwy. 120 Duluth, Georgia .    	TRG Builders Ga, LLC was previously cited OTS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1005537, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10247 Hwy 92, Woodstock Georgia.
