29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)   On or about 08/25/17, at Community on East Main Apartment Complex, located on 1307-1337 East Main Street , in Rochester, New York, employees installing exterior siding 20 feet above ground level were not using conventional fall protection systems.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:       a)   On or about 08/25/17, at Community on East Main Apartment Complex, located on 1307-1337 East Main Street , in Rochester, New York, employees installing exterior siding were not provided with a step or ramp where access to an elevated work area/platform measured 26 inches between levels.   NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
