29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    On or about September 11, 2017 two employees removing the flex face of an existing sign were operating aerial lifts without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employee to falls exceeding 10 feet.    Sign Design was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101304, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5380 N. Mesa St., El Paso, TX 79912.
