29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): The employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign for a shoulder and lane closure:   a) At or near Pottstown Pk & Cross Pointe Dr, West Chester, PA - On or about 6/5/2017, the employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign in the southbound lane of Pottstown Pike to warn road users that road work was taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone thus exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards.  b) At or near Pottstown Pk & Taylors Mill Rd, West Chester, PA - On or about 6/5/2017, the employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign in the westbound Route 322 to northbound Pottstown Pike exit ramp to warn road users that road work was taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone thus exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards.
