29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure workers or other persons adjacent to the welding areas were protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields nor were they required to wear appropriate goggles:    (a)Wilson Trailer Company at 3602 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078: On and prior to November 2, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees walking adjacent to the doghouse/panel box of the west end as well as working in the side pits were adequately protected welding process radiation. This condition exposes employees to injurious light radiation.    (b)Wilson Trailer Company at 3602 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078: On and prior to November 2, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees walking adjacent to plasma arc cutting being performed in the walkway in front of the Elumatec SBZ130 CNC machine were adequately protected from process radiation. This condition exposes employees to injurious light radiation.    Wilson Trailer Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.252(b)(2)(iii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130236, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 3206 Broadway Avenue, in Yankton, SD 57078.
