29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) 1310 Peartree Court, Delran, NJ:  On or about Oct 18, 2017, American Diamond Builders Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on a multi-story new construction single family residence.  Two employees were observed walking the framing members of a porch roof.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to the ground below.
