29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At 7600 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL 36695: On or about November 7, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work decking on the third (3rd) floor that had unprotected edges and exposed employees to falls of up to 9 feet to the 2nd story breezeway below.  b)  At 7600 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL 36695: On or about November 7, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work decking on the third (3rd) floor that had unprotected edges and exposed employees to falls of up to 23 feet to the concrete below.  c)  At 7600 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL 36695: On or about November 7, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work pulling plywood from the elevated forks of a forklift at the level of the third (3rd) floor that had unprotected edges and exposed employees to falls of up to 23 feet 6 inches to the ground below  Bigford Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number [1152374], citation number [1], item number [1] and was affirmed as a final order on [August 5, 2016], with respect to a workplace located at [830 US HWY 98, Daphne, AL 36526].
