29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(vi): Walkway(s) and stairway(s), with standard handrails, were not provided where required in elevated and hazardous locations:    a.  At Gutchess Lumber Company, Inc., board push area, on or about 11/14/17:  Access to the log deck required employees to step on the log conveyor drive gear covers at seventeen inches and twenty-seven inches in order to step on to the log deck which was forty inches above the working floor.  No stair was provided.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
