29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent tension from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  Drill site: On or about November 14, 2017, the high voltage breaker box in the change house has strain reliefs that is oversized and/or not complete as to prevent pulling the cords directly from terminal screws. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
